Bone marrow transplant nephropathy is a known complication of bone marrow transplantation. Bone marrow transplantation can cause various rare kidney diseases such as membranous nephropathy and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. Idiopathic membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis is rare in children.
