Leading a large staff of individuals with different personality traits can be a challenge, the authors state, but understanding that each team member is a unique person with thoughts and feelings that may differ from a leader's preconceived notions allows healthcare security officers to celebrate diversity and work together to create positive change. A high functioning team, they add, accepts personality differences and knows that each individual is a value-contributing member of the team.

Purpose: To review the computed tomography (CT) findings of patients diagnosed with XGN.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective review of CT findings in patients with histologically proven XGN was carried out.
Objective: This study aimed to establish the incidence of distant metastases on whole-body computed tomographic (CT) scans in patients with newly diagnosed bladder cancer and to determine whether there is a significant difference in the incidence of metastases in patients with superficial and muscle invasive cancers.
Materials And Methods: A total of 201 patients who had a proven histological diagnosis of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and a whole-body staging CT scan at diagnosis were identified from our MDT database during a 36-month period. Imaging was retrospectively reviewed with view to recording site, if any, of distant metastases.
A rare case of giant coronary artery aneurysm related to an episode of blackout is presented. The aneurysm projected as a para-cardiac mass on the chest X-ray. The echocardiographic, MDCT and coronary angiography appearances of this rare condition are demonstrated, and we discuss the differential diagnoses of right para-cardiac masses.

Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is the most common type encountered clinically. However, a similar process may occur in conjunction with autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP), known as AIP-associated sclerosing cholangitis (AIP-SC).

Patients And Methods: LDN presents unique surgical challenges, particularly with complex venous or arterial anatomy. The limitations of surgical access, poor visibility of the superior and posterior borders of the renal vein during LDN, and the variability of venous anatomy in this region, contribute to the difficulty of LDN, underlining the importance of imaging beforehand.
Transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation (TENS) is a safe and simple form of analgesia but is little used as an adjunct to local anaesthesia during routine procedures. This trial investigates the use of TENS in the radiology department using distension shoulder arthrography for 'frozen shoulder', a moderately painful procedure, as a model. Sixty patients with a clinical diagnosis of 'frozen shoulder' were randomised to receive high-intensity TENS, low-intensity TENS or to act as controls.
