In recent years, cannabinoid (CB) products have gained popularity among the public. The anti-inflammatory properties of CBs have piqued the interest of researchers and clinicians because they represent promising avenues for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory skin disorders that may be refractory to conventional therapy. Background: Small fiber neuropathy and fibromyalgia are two conditions that share overlapping features. Although various treatments are available for use in fibromyalgia, the response often remains unsatisfactory. Prior studies have shown that in small fiber neuropathy of autoimmune etiology, intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) holds promise as an effective treatment.
