Perplexing Lesion of the Conjunctiva.

An unusual-appearing tumor of the conjunctiva presented in a healthy 11-year-old boy. It was cystic, orange in color, and well encapsulated. After 3 weeks of no response to topical cortisone drops, an excisional biopsy was performed.
