(1) Background: A new health care offer called 'psychotherapeutic consultation in the workplace' is an early and effective intervention for employees with common mental disorders. Although cost-effective, it lacks a broader roll-out. This might be attributable to undefined context, mechanisms of change, and a lack of communication; therefore, this study explores how the new model works and where problems occur.

Background: Leaders in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are exposed to increased stress as a result of a range of challenges. Therefore, KMU-GO (ger: Kleine und mittlere Unternehmen - Gesundheitsoffensive; en: small and medium-sized enterprises - health campaign) aims at conducting and evaluating such a stress management training.

[Rehabilitation Outcome and Therapeutic Alliance of Inpatients of Psychosomatic Rehabilitation with Pension Request].

Objective: Inpatients of psychosomatic rehabilitation with a latent or manifest desire for a pension are a risk group with regard to successful participation in rehabilitation and return to work. Reaching this group of patients, is both a legal requirement (rehabilitation before retirement), and important from an economic and health perspective. [The Significance of Work Motivation for Rehabilitation Success].

Aim Of This Study: Apart from the reduction of symptoms and the restoration of working ability, return to work is a long-term goal of medical rehabilitation. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of work motivation on the outcome of rehabilitation.

Methods: The data basis consists of N=998 patients at the psychosomatic department of the Oberharz Rehabilitation Center as well as data from insurance accounts.

[Evaluation of Contextual Factors in Psychosomatic Rehabilitation].

Although individualized and ICF-oriented implementation of rehabilitation treatment requires knowledge of relevant contextual factors, there is a lack of operationalized documentation and measurement tools to evaluate these factors. Therefore, an ICF-oriented semi-structured interview was designed. 20 contextual factors were externally assessed whether they negatively affected mental functioning and participation of psychosomatic patients.
