Hypothesis: The construction of novel functional cyclomatrix polyphosphazenes (CPPs) hybrid, which with diverse decorating groups, is a challenging task due to the structural limitation of available reaction substrates (phenols and amines).
Experiments: Herein, a phenolic hydroxyl (OH) modified ployamide derivative (P2) was successfully prepared via novel benzoxazine-isocyanide chemistry (BIC). A kind of CPP hybrid (P3), which with abundant functional groups (amide, tertiary amine, benzoxazine and phenolic hydroxyl) was prepared subsequently by the condensation between P2 and hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (HCCP).
The purpose of this study was to investigate metal artifact reduction effect of orthopedics metal artifact reduction (O-Mar) algorithm in computer tomography (CT) image of patients who have undergone total hip arthroplasty (THA) or total knee arthroplasty (TKA).35 cases of patients who underwent TKA or THA have been recruited in this study. CT image of hip or knee joint was obtained with Philips 256-row CT scanner.

Owing to racial difference, current design of tibial component based on Caucasian may not be suitable for Chinese patients. Meanwhile, data of proximal tibial morphology in Chinese population is lacking.

All the temperature logs after 1 m spacing is plotted. The thermal properties test data of all samples have been collated separately, and the thermal conductivity correction data for different depths is presented.

After tumor resection, how to accurately fill bone defect remained challenging for orthopedic surgeons. Due to lack of individual design, high incidence of prosthetic mismatching, and loosening were reported in pelvic reconstruction surgery with conventional modular prostheses.

Patient Concerns: A 47-year-old male had been under proximal humeral resection and TSA due to shoulder chondrosarcoma 6 years ago, but a second surgery to insert a new prosthesis was then performed because the prosthesis became loose 2 months ago leaving severe bone defects which conventional prosthesis was not suitable for revision of TSA. American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons' Form (ASES), Neer and Constant-Murley score were 36, 39, and 39, respectively.
Introduction: Periprosthetic femoral fractures (PFF) around tumor prosthesis of knee are stubborn problems for surgeons, huge bone defect and inappropriate biomechanics of the revision implant design can be disaster for reconstruction. With the development of three-dimensional (3D) printing technology, surgeons participate more in precise preoperative design and simulation for treatment of such fractures. In this study we explored an accurate and feasible way to restore normal anatomy and function of the knee joint with 3D printing technology.

Results showed that nearly 30 kinds of elements were present on the catalyst surface. The main elements of different samples were similar.
