In a group of 100 cases of head trauma 4 patients (4%) were observed with traumatic cerebellar syndromes without coexistence of other traumatic focal lesions in the central nervous system. All these cases were due to cerebellar contusion. In 2 patients the diagnosis was confirmed by computerized tomography.

The authors report a case of arachnoid cyst of cauda equina with severe chronic coccygodynia. The value of radioculography in the diagnosis of this condition is pointed out. Resection of the cyst abolished coccygodynia completely and permanently.

In 2 cases vascular anomalies were located in the cervical segment, in 3 cases in the thoracic segment and in 1 case in both of these segments. The diagnosis was established by means of selective catheterization of posterior intervertebral arteries and lumbar arteries (4 cases), aortic arch angiography (1 case) and subclavian artery arteriography (1 case) by the Seldinger method.
