Endothermal ablation for the treatment of clinically significant incompetent lower limb perforating veins: factors influencing the early outcomes.

Background: To review the clinical experience and early outcomes of endothermal perforator ablation.

Method: Retrospective review of an endovenous practice from 2007-2019. Clinically significant incompetent perforators were treated by Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA), or segmental radiofrequency ablation (RFA).

Secondary interventions following endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Purpose: To review the outcomes of endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR) procedures, to determine the incidence of adverse events, and to assess the need for secondary radiological/surgical interventions.

Materials And Methods: Data from 57 consecutive patients entered in a prospective EVAR database were studied. In addition to database interrogation, case notes and radiology records were reviewed.
