Background: This retrospective study identifies often overlooked anatomical sites for nonthrombotic venous outflow obstruction (NTVO) in patients with unexplained lower extremity edema and pain.

Methods: We reviewed the charts of 75 consecutive patients experiencing symptoms of unexplained lower extremity edema with pain that were unexplained by ultrasound, computed tomography angiography (CTA), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), who subsequently underwent venography in an outpatient medical office from 2010 to 2014. We categorized venograms based on the presence or absence of NTVO lesions and calculated prevalence of each at specific sites.

Objective: The radial artery is often used for coronary angiography, with a demonstrated decrease in local complications and an increase in postoperative mobility of the patient. Purpose: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of a modified laser catheter designed for the endovascular treatment of peripheral artery disease (PAD) affecting the superficial femoral artery (SFA) and proximal popliteal artery.

Methods: The CliRpath Excimer Laser System to Enlarge Lumen Openings (CELLO) study was a single-arm, prospective registry conducted at 17 investigational sites in the United States. The primary endpoint was the reduction in index lesion percent diameter stenosis (% DS) measured by Doppler ultrasound following laser ablation prior to any adjunctive therapy.

Purpose: To report the 12-month follow-up data from the prospective 16-center Below-the-Knee (BTK) Chill Trial, which examined the use of primary cryoplasty for BTK occlusive disease in patients with critical limb ischemia (CLI).

Purpose: To report the 6-month outcomes from a prospective multicenter study investigating the use of cryoplasty (cold balloon angioplasty) to treat below-knee occlusive disease in patients with critical limb ischemia (CLI).

Methods: Between August 2004 and October 2005, 108 patients (77 men; mean age 73+/-12 years, range 41-101) with CLI involving 111 limbs were enrolled in a prospective multicenter trial (Below-the-Knee Chill Study), which was conducted at 16 institutions. The primary study endpoints were acute technical success, defined as the ability to achieve < or =50% residual stenosis and continuous inline flow to the foot, and absence of major (above or below-knee) amputation of the target limb 180 days post procedure.

Aortopulmonary artery fistula is traditionally treated surgically. The present case report describes endovascular repair of an aortopulmonary artery fistula in a patient in whom two thoracotomies had been performed. The fistula occurred at the site of a pseudoaneurysm from the proximal anastomosis of a graft placed to treat a type B aortic dissection.
