Use of Tocilizumab Followed by Rituximab Desensitization on Relapsing Myelin Oligodendrocyte Antibody Disease: A Case Report.

Myelin oligodendrocyte antibody disease is a demyelinating disorder that usually presents with a monophasic course. Relapse in this demyelinating disorder is rare, and those who relapse have a weaker response to standard therapy. In this case report, we report a three-year follow-up on a case of a female patient who was diagnosed with myelin oligodendrocyte antibody disease at 21 years old.
