Background: Patients with urosepsis associated with upper urinary tract stones require further stone management after emergency drainage.
Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of elective flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy (F-URSL) for upper urinary tract stones in patients with prior urosepsis who have undergone emergency drainage using retrograde ureteral stent(RUS) or percutaneous nephrostomy (PCN).
Method: Between January 2017 and December 2021, clinical data were collected for 102 patients who underwent elective F-URSL following emergency drainage for urosepsis caused by upper ureteral or renal stones.
Introduction And Importance: We report a rare case of a patient with a mass involving both the hilum and the heart, but its specific nature could not be determined. SCLC was confirmed by postoperative pathology. It revealed that radical surgical resection for T4 SCLC should be considered an important part of multimodality treatment.

Along with a literature review on the morphological, pathological and prognostic characteristics of lung cancer associated with cystic airspaces (LCCA), it would help to improve our understanding of the dynamic evolution of LCCA, to avoid its delayed diagnosis and treatment. We also propose here a hypothesis on the etiology of LCCA.
