To date, only eight cases of postpulmonary resection gastric volvulus have been reported in the English literature, and several of these patients underwent left pneumonectomy or had hiatal hernia. Aim: To evaluate the efficacy of continuous regional arterial infusion therapy (CRAI) with gabexate mesilate and antibiotics for severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).
