Regionalization of housing policies? An exploratory study of Andalusia, Catalonia and the Basque Country.

The Spanish home ownership sector has been hit hard by the economic crisis. Repossessions stand at around half a million in the period from 2008 to 2014. This article investigates how the authorities, both at the level of the Spanish state and of the autonomous communities (regions), have responded to this problem.
