Objective: This paper explores the contemporary shared care landscape in Australia, highlighting the digital transformation of healthcare, the adoption of eHealth technologies, and their impact on improving patient care coordination.
Background: Although nutrition and exercise both influence bone metabolism, little is currently known about their interaction, or whether nutritional intervention can modulate the bone biomarker response to acute exercise. Improved understanding of the relationships between nutrition, exercise and bone metabolism may have substantial potential to inform nutritional interventions to protect the bone health of exercising individuals, and to elucidate mechanisms by which exercise and nutrition influence bone.
Objective: The aim was to synthesise available evidence related to the influence of nutrition on the response of the bone biomarkers procollagen type 1 N-terminal propeptide (P1NP) and C-terminal telopeptide of type 1 collagen (CTX-1) to acute exercise, using a systematic review and meta-analytic approach.
Purpose: Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is challenging to diagnose and manage due to a lack of consensus on its definition and assessment. The objective of this scoping review is to summarize how CRF has been defined and assessed in adult patients with cancer worldwide.
Methods: Four databases (PubMed, Embase, CINAHL Plus, PsycNet) were searched to identify eligible original research articles published in English over a 10-year span (2010-2020); CRF was required to be a primary outcome and described as a dimensional construct.

Methods: We used immunofluorescence imaging and western blotting to assess TRPV4 expression in rat mesenteric lymphatic vessels. We examined inhibition of TRPV4 with HC067047, nitric oxide synthase (NOS) with L-NNA and cyclooxygenases (COXs) with indomethacin on the contractile response of pressurized lymphatic vessels to flow changes induced by a stepwise increase in pressure gradients, and the functionality of endothelial TRPV4 channels by measuring the intracellular Ca response of primary lymphatic endothelial cell cultures to the selective agonist GSK1016790A.
Background: Epigenetics studies the impact of environmental and behavioral factors on stable phenotypic changes; however, the state of the science examining epigenomic mechanisms of regulation related to secondary health conditions (SHCs) and neuroepigenetics in chronic spinal cord injury (SCI) remain markedly underdeveloped.
Objective: This scoping review seeks to understand the state of the science in epigenetics and secondary complications following SCI.
Methods: A literature search was conducted, yielding 277 articles.

The perinatal period is a time of significant adjustment for mothers, which may lead to alterations in mood that affect maternal mental health, which may also impact child development. The current article details the effectiveness of the addition of a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and mental health training for nurses on the anxiety and depression screening scores of mothers enrolled in a home visitation program. For clients with elevated anxiety and depression scores, the percentages of those who were referred to and received mental health services increased after the program's addition of the PMHNP and mental health training.

A comprehensive understanding of the post-marathon recovering metabolome, may aid in the identification of new biomarkers associated with marathon-induced stress, recovery, and adaptation, which can facilitate the development of improved training and recovery programs and personalized monitoring of athletic health/recovery/performance. Nevertheless, an untargeted, multi-disciplinary elucidation of the complex underlying biochemical mechanisms involved in recovery after such an endurance event is yet to be demonstrated.

The study also explored which NSCDC modifiable resilience factors had the strongest relationship with mental health issues among children with 4 or more ACEs. Utilizing the 2019 National Survey of Children's Health, secondary data analysis was conducted using a sample of 1,225 children between 6 and 17 years old that had experienced 4 or more ACEs.

Main Body: In this review, we discuss the current research available in elite female Gaelic team sports with focus on seven specific areas including physical and physiological demands, anthropometric and performance characteristics, injury risk, nutritional considerations, and female physiology.
Background: Circulating biomarkers are often used to investigate the bone response to an acute bout of exercise, but heterogeneity in factors such as study design, quality, selected biomarkers, and exercise and participant characteristics render it difficult to synthesize and evaluate available evidence.
Objective: The aim of this study was to quantify the effects of an acute exercise bout on bone biomarkers, along with the influence of potential moderators such as participant, exercise, and design characteristics, using a systematic review and meta-analytic approach.
Methods: The protocol was designed in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Protocols (PRISMA-P) guidelines and prospectively published.
