Background: Transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy vestibular approach (TOETVA) is newly applied technology. Carbon nanoparticles (CNs) are novel lymph node tracers that have been widely used in China to help remove central lymph nodes (CLNs) and protect the parathyroid glands (PGs) in open thyroid cancer surgery. This study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of CNs in TOETVA.

Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is type of aggressive tumor, with a markedly declined survival rate when distant metastasis occurs. It is of great significance to develop potential biomarkers to evaluate the progression of PTC. LncRNAs are recently widely claimed with biomarker value in malignant tumors.

In this study, we analyzed the dysregulated circRNA profile using PTC tissues and matched adjacent normal tissues by RNA-seq. We conducted and experiments to investigate the biological functions of circAGTPBP1 in PTC progression.

Materials And Methods: A total of 339 patients who underwent TOETVA or GTET with unilateral papillary thyroid carcinoma were enrolled in this study from March 2019 to February 2022.
The present study reports the case of a 64-year-old patient with papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) and tracheal invasion, along with primary lung cancer. Firstly, the patient received tumor electrocautery under tracheoscopy to enlarge the space for tracheal intubation. Next, the patient received one-stage radical thyroidectomy, with window resection of the trachea and thoracoscopic radical resection of the lung cancer.

Surveillance using safe and precise diagnostic tools to diagnose T. spiralis in sheep is needed to assess the incidence and probability of transmission from sheep to humans.

However, PM induced toxic effects and the relationships with toxic components remain largely unknown. To evaluate the metabolic toxicity of PM at environmentally relevant doses, investigate the seasonal variation of PM induced toxicity and the relationship with toxic components, a combination of general pathophysiological tests and metabolomics analysis was conducted in this study to explore the response of SD rats to PM exposure.
