Gene organization and complete sequence of the mitochondrial genome of Linwu mallard.

Linwu mallard is an excellent native breeds from Hunan province in China. This is the first study to determine the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of L. mallard using PCR-based amplification and Sanger sequencing.
