Extramammary Paget disease (EMPD) is an uncommon skin cancer that primarily affects areas outside of the breast.
The patient in this case had EMPD affecting the groin, penis, and scrotum, and underwent two surgeries to remove the lesions.
A skin graft was used for reconstruction of the scrotum, and after 37 months of follow-up, there were no signs of tumor recurrence and the results were considered satisfactory.*
