  • This study developed a method for analyzing Chan Taoren formula granules' chromatogram and content, focusing on D-amygdalin transfer rates.
  • The analysis utilized a Waters CORTECS C18 column with specific conditions, revealing five characteristic peaks that aligned across various forms of the formula.
  • Key factors affecting D-amygdalin extraction included its conversion to L-amygdalin in water, instability under alkaline conditions, and the impact of liquid-to-solid ratio and extraction time, which were important for ensuring production quality.
