This study aims to reveal the buckling behavior of filament-wound composite cylindrical shells subjected to external pressure. The boundary conditions of the cylindrical shells were one end fixed and the other free. The carbon fiber stacking sequences were [±90]/([±20]/[±90]/[±40]/[±90]/[±60]/[±90])/[±90].
