Background: Although the tumorigenesis of cervical cancer (CC) has been widely investigated and recognized, the study of the systematic impact of histone deacetylase 10 (HDAC10), microRNA, and downstream molecular mechanisms in CC is still limited. Study Design: The clinicopathologic data and follow-up information of 167 post-hysterectomy vaginal HSIL patients who underwent laser ablation or vaginectomy were retrospectively reviewed from 2010 to 2018 at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University.

Results: Of the 167 vaginal HSIL patients enrolled, 74 patients underwent vaginectomy, and 93 patients underwent laser ablation.
