Background: Currently, validated biomarkers for assessing hemorrhagic transformation (HT) after intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) are lacking. We aimed to validate a test combining GFAP (glial fibrillary acidic protein) and UCH-L1 (ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase-L1) to indicate the absence of HT after IVT.
Methods: We prospectively enrolled consecutive patients with stroke treated with IVT from 16 hospitals.
To inhibit eutrophication caused by endogenous pollutants release, the experiment explored the efficiency and mechanism of the synchronous control of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) release from sediments in shallow lakes under wind disturbance by modified Ca/Al-based sludge (MS) and modified zeolite (MZ). High-temperature calcination and NaCl impregnation increased the pore volume of MS and Na content of MZ, and the adsorption capacity of MS for PO-P and MZ for NH-N was as high as 42.01 and 20.

Objective: To perform a systematic evaluation of the efficacy and safety of combined treatment of Shenmai injection and chemotherapy for lung cancer.
Methods: A literature search for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) describing the treatment of lung cancer by Shenmai injection and chemotherapy or chemotherapy alone was performed using the PubMed, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Value In Paper (VIP), China BioMed, and Wanfang databases. The databases were searched for entries published before September 1, 2019.
Objective: To develop and validate a risk assessment model for the prediction of the acute exacerbation of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (AE-IPF) in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
Methods: We enrolled a total of 110 patients with IPF, hospitalized or treated as outpatients at Xuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from July 2012 to July 2020. Of these, 78 and 32 patients were randomly assigned to training and test groups, respectively.

Objective: To investigate the molecular mechanism of trichloroethylene (TCE) cardiac developmental toxicity on zebrafish embryos and to try to provide experimental data for related intervention.
Methods: Zebrafish embryos were purchased from the National Zebrafish Resource Center. The embryos were divided into DMSO(control group), DMSO+CHIR, DMSO+XAV, TCE, TCE+CHIR and TCE+XAV groups(TCE at the concentration of 1, 10 and 100 ppb, with the DMSO as control; DMSO: Dimethyl suldoxide; CHIR: CHIR-99021, Wnt agonist; XAV: XAV-939, Wnt antagonist), 60 embryos per group.
The thermal, electrical, and thermoelectric properties of aerogels of single-walled carbon nanotubes are characterized. Their ultralow density enables the transport properties of the junctions to be distinguished from those of the nanotubes themselves. Junction thermal and electrical conductances are found to be orders of magnitude larger than those found in typical dense SWCNT networks.
