[A Case of Advanced Adenocarcinoma at the Esophagogastric Junction That Exhibited pCR by Preoperative SOX Therapy].

Although neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)is an effective treatment option for advanced adenocarcinoma at the esophagogastric junction (AEG), there is no sufficient evidence of this in Japan.
