Unlabelled: Endometriosis-associated massive haemorrhagic ascites is rare and poses a diagnostic challenge to the gynaecologist due to its resemblance to malignancies, especially ovarian malignancy. We report a 31-year-old nulligravida with progressive abdominal swelling, worsening dysmenorrhea, weight loss and a family history of ovarian tumour. Pelvic ultrasonography and Computed Tomography scans suggested an ovarian mass suspected to be an ovarian malignancy.

Neurofibromatosis is a common inherited autosomal dominant disease, but genitourinary neurofibroma is rare. The unpredictable nature of neurofibromas has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients, and their management is challenging for clinicians. We present a 9-year-old girl with plexiform neurofibroma of genitourinary system associated with pulmonary hypertension, masquerading as sacrococcygeal teratoma.

Objective: To review our experience with cancer of prostate management, highlighting the mode of presentation, method of diagnosis, and the treatment outcome.

Methods: Medical records of patients managed for cancer of prostate were retrospectively reviewed over a 10-year period. Relevant information which included the year of diagnosis, age at presentation, mode of presentation, digital rectal examination (DRE) findings, ultrasound (USS) assessment of the prostate, the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) value, the histology report, treatment offered and the outcome were extracted.
