Efficacy of direct factor Xa inhibitors compared to warfarin in preventing stroke in adults with non-valvular atrial fibrillation: a systematic review protocol.

The objective of this review is to determine the overall efficacy of direct factor Xa inhibitors in comparison with warfarin in preventing the incidence of stroke in adults with non-valvular atrial fibrillation with moderate-to-high risk for stroke.
