Thyroid cancer is one of the most common endocrine cancers. The most common histological subtypes are papillary and follicular variants; these are "differentiated thyroid cancers" and are associated with an excellent prognosis. The exact mechanism of thyroid cancer is not known.

Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) is a low-grade sarcoma of mesenchymal dendritic cell origin, and it constitutes <0.4% of soft tissue sarcomas. We report a rare case of FDCS in a 32-year-old man.
