Takayasu arteritis (TA) is an uncommon chronic granulomatous large-vessel vasculitis affecting the aorta and its branches. Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a chronic neutrophilic dermatosis characterized by rapidly developing painful ulcers. The association of PG with TA is relatively uncommon.
