Despite the growing cognizance of Generation Z (Gen Z) fashion consumers about the externalities of fast fashion, an attitude-behaviour gap persists in their willingness to pay for sustainable fashion. This study uses dual-processing theory to examine how nudging communications in online fashion retail influence Gen Z's sustainable fashion choices and willingness to pay. It also explores how Gen Z's fashion-related knowledge and involvement and ecological consciousness moderate the effects of nudging.

Pyroptosis in endothelial cells (ECs) and its underlying mechanisms in atherosclerosis are poorly understood. Here, we investigated the role of a caspase-4/5-NF-κB pathway in pyroptosis in palmitic acid (PA)-stimulated ECs and EVs as players in pyroptosis.

Introduction: Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) encompasses rare hereditary skin conditions marked by skin fragility, nail dystrophy, and minor trauma-induced skin blisters. This study aims to identify genetic variants in Indian EB patients and examine the relationship between genotypic and phenotypic manifestations.
Material And Method: EB patients seen consecutively over a period of 5 years at Outpatient Department of Dermatology.
This study investigates the influence of foreign direct investment (FDI), financial development (FD), and governance on carbon emissions in 15 emerging Asian economies (EAEs) from 2000 to 2021. It aims to assess how successful these nations have been in upholding ecological sustainability while promoting themselves as alternative manufacturing destinations to China and fostering domestic manufacturing through significant financial development. It creates a composite governance quality (GQ) measure and three subdimensions-EcoGov, InstGov, and PolGov-to assess its precise role in influencing the FDI-carbon dioxide (CO) and FD-CO nexuses.

An incidental lesion was noted on the right side of the tubercinerium with suspicious findings of osteolipoma. T1 and T2 weighted sequences showed a hyper-intense lesion suggestive of fatty intensity or hemorrhage.

Previous published studies report that periodontitis (PD) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) have a significant negative impact on OHRQoL. Based on these findings, it would be reasonable to assume that patients with coexisting PsA and PD would see a comparable or maybe synergistic effect on their OHRQoL.

Materials and methods A total of 120 tooth samples prepared from healthy maxillary first premolars extracted due to orthodontic reasons were grouped randomly into four groups of 30 samples each - Group I: control group (C); Group II: laser group (LG); Group III: toothpaste group (TP) and Group IV: laser + toothpaste group (LT). The samples in Group II-IV were treated with the respective test agents and were placed under SEM to study the changes in the dentinal tubule number and diameter.

The trial was conducted to determine whether periodontal therapy affected blood sugar regulation as a result of this finding.
Methods: A total of 60 people with type 2 diabetes (diabetes mellitus not caused by insulin deficiency) were split into three groups.
Although, silicon - the second most abundant element in the earth crust could not supersede carbon (C) in the competition of being the building block of life during evolution, yet its presence has been reported in some life forms. In case of the plants, silicon has been reported widely to promote the plant growth under normal as well as stressful situations. Nanoform of silicon is now being explored for its potential to improve plant productivity and its tolerance against various stresses.

India is endemic for diseases like Dengue, Chikungunya and recently Zika has been reported from few states. Vector control is the only way to contain these diseases, however, data regarding vectors from central India is lacking; to fulfill the lacuna we conducted this study.

These districts showed evidence of clinical symptoms related to filariasis. To confirm the presence of filariasis, night blood surveys and entomological surveys were carried out to detect microfilaria in humans and filarial infection in vectors.

For the control of disease, understanding of the dynamics of transmission in the varied ecological situation is essential. This study was carried out in the two distinct tribal areas- Baiga Chak (thick forested area) of Dindori district and Bichhia block (forest fringe area) of Mandla district, Madhya Prasdesh, India, to understand the epidemiology and transmission dynamics of malaria.

The number of beta-lactamases and their variants is steadily increasing. The horizontal gene transfer likely plays a major role in dissemination of these markers to new environments and hosts.

Knowledge of the primary structure of antimicrobial agents and their activities is essential for rational drug design. Thus, we developed a comprehensive database, anti microbial drug database (AMDD), of known synthetic antibacterial and antifungal compounds that were extracted from the available literature and other chemical databases, e.

These gliomas are mostly malignant (cancerous) in nature and are difficult to be cured and that's why they attract the attention of all the workers. To understand the relative functionality of these genes, we analyzed the expression pattern of all genes, using gene expression data, at genomic level, and then to check their universality in all other cancers, we compared their expression levels and patterns in all other types of cancers by using gene expression graphs, and observed their expression levels in all these cancers, whether they are over or under expressed.
