Introduction: Enamel translucency, essential for the aesthetic appeal of teeth, is primarily determined by its thickness, quality, and refractive index. Several factors, including age, genetics, diet, oral hygiene practices, fluoride exposure, and acidic challenges, can influence enamel translucency. Tobacco use, in particular, leads to significant alterations in enamel appearance by penetrating its micropores, causing yellowing and browning.

Objective: In-bore MRI-guided biopsy allows direct visualization of suspicious lesions, biopsy needles, and trajectories, allowing accurate sampling when MRI-ultrasound fusion biopsy is not feasible. However, its use has been limited. Wide-bore, lower-field, and lower-cost scanners could help address these issues, but their feasibility for prostate biopsy is unknown.

This contributes to accelerated aging processes, leading to adverse health outcomes and reduced quality of life. We have developed and piloted the design, usability, safety, and feasibility of a gaming-based cognitive-motor (CogXergaming) tele-exercise protocol in prefrail older adults.

Plants acquire these nutrients from soil in the fixed (NO, NH) and solubilized forms (K, HPO and HPO). In soil, the fixed and solubilized forms of nutrients are unavailable or available in bare minimum amounts; therefore, agrochemicals were introduced.

To study the prevalence and determinants of Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) among industrial workers. To access the benefit of Distortion Product Oto Acoustic Emissions (DPOAEs) in its early detection as compared to Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA). Detailed in-person questionnaires were filled followed by general and otological examination viz.

Such damaged ribbon synapses can repair spontaneously in mouse and guinea pig. However, the mechanisms for synaptic repair are unclear.

In this review, culture systems comparable to human organs are presented, these organoids are created from pluripotent stem cells or adult stem cells. The efficient and reproducible models of human tissues are discussed for biobanking, precision medicine and basic research.

Hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) channel involved in neuronal hyperexcitability, has emerged as an important target for the drug development of NP. HCN channels exist in four different isoforms, where HCN1 is majorly expressed in dorsal root ganglion having an imperative role in NP pathophysiology.

We utilized empirical data on healthcare delivery costs to develop the financing framework for these hospitals using a blended payment approach.
Methods: The primary data on cost of delivering services in 27 district hospitals across nine states of India was analysed along with indicators influencing the demand and supply of health services.
Osteoporosis, a prevalent ailment worldwide, compromises bone strength and resilience, particularly afflicting the elderly population. This condition significantly heightens susceptibility to fractures even from trivial incidents, such as minor falls or impacts. A major challenge in diagnosing osteoporosis is the absence of discernible symptoms, allowing osteoporosis to remain undetected until the occurrence of a fracture event.

Data mining can be helpful to detect , a widespread bacterial endosymbiont in insects and filarial nematodes whose distribution in plant-parasitic nematodes (PPNs) remains underexplored. To date, has only been reported a few PPNs, yet nematode-infecting may have been widespread in the evolutionary history of the phylum based on evidence of horizontal gene transfers, suggesting there may be undiscovered infections in PPNs.

Neutrophil activity is influenced by various cell populations, including macrophages, which are crucial regulators. However, the exact role of human macrophages in controlling neutrophil function remains unclear due to a scarcity of studies utilizing human cells in physiologically relevant models.

This study aimed to identify cognitive deficits among adults and examine their association across different Body Mass Index (BMI) categories in an Indian setting.
Materials And Methods: The study is a cross-sectional survey of a sample attending a tertiary care hospital in northern India.
Background And Objective: Hypertension is one of the most common medical complications during pregnancy and a leading cause of maternal mortality and morbidity. Severe preeclampsia is defined as blood pressure (BP) >160/110 mmHg with warning signs such as headache, blurring of vision, and epigastric pain. Nifedipine (CHNO), labetalol (CHNO), and hydralazine (CHN) are commonly used drugs, and all are recommended as first-line agents.
