[Quadricuspid Aortic Valve with Atrial Septal Defect;Report of a Case].

The patient was a 69-year-old man who had 1st experienced exertional dyspnea approximately 1 month earlier. He visited our hospital for treatment because his symptoms had gradually worsened and he had developed orthopnea. Echocardiography revealed an atrial septal defect(ASD) and a quadricuspid aortic valve with moderate regurgitation.
