[Surgery for a Refractory Chronic Subdural Hematoma Using an Exoscope:A Technical Case Report].

Burr hole irrigation and drainage is effective in most cases of chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH). However, we sometimes encounter refractory cases that need further procedures or other interventions. Here we report a case with a disturbance of consciousness and left hemiparesis.
