Objective: To understand individual abortion providers' experiences with targeted harassment.

Study Design: We conducted a cross-sectional survey of a convenience sample of US physicians with history of abortion provision, recruited through online groups, and listservs. Respondents completed a Qualtrics survey reporting personal and practice characteristics and experiences with harassment.

Introduction: Ectopic pregnancy after hysterectomy is a rare event, with 72 cases being reported since 1895. Concomitant use of reliable contraception at the time of hysterectomy makes pregnancy extremely unlikely, but, as this case illustrates, does not completely rule out the possibility of post-hysterectomy ectopic pregnancy.

Case: A 30-year-old woman experienced a ruptured fallopian tube ectopic pregnancy four weeks after a laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy and left salpingo-oophorectomy.

Low-molecular-weight heparins including enoxaparin are commonly used for anticoagulation as prophylaxis and treatment for deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Prescribers of enoxaparin monitor for common side effects, such as bleeding and thrombocytopenia, but hepatotoxicity, a less common and under-reported adverse effect, may be overlooked. This report describes a case of enoxaparin-induced hepatotoxicity in a 57-year-old man who was started on the drug for a DVT.
