AD8 patient-informant discrepancy predicts insight and cognitive impairment in Alzheimer's disease.

This study aimed to improve understanding of insight among individuals with Alzheimer's disease using patient and informant ratings of impairment on the AD8. Retrospective cohort data were used from 540 patients with a mean age of 81.1 (SD = 6.
