The Tn antigen is a neoantigen abnormally expressed in many human carcinomas and expression correlates with metastasis and poor survival. Background: Standard of care guidelines endorse self-expanding metal stents (SEMS) rather than open surgical biliary bypass (OSBB) for biliary palliation in the setting of unresectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
