Objective: To assess the relationship between endometrial thickness and live birth rates in fresh embryo transfer and frozen embryo transfer with and without preimplantation genetic testing.

Design: Retrospective cohort study using the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology Clinic Outcome Reporting System (SART CORS).

Subjects: Autologous IVF fresh and frozen embryo transfer cycles initiated in 2019-2020.

COVID-stasis of Pregnancy: An Increased Prevalence of COVID-19 in Patients with Cholestasis.

Objective: To evaluate the relationship between intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Study Design: We performed a retrospective cohort study of pregnant women undergoing induction of labor (IOL) at a single institution between May 2020 to January 2021. Primary exposure was diagnosis of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP).

Case Report: Recurrent Pyometra in an Adolescent.

Background: Pyometra is an uncommon but serious condition that is generally diagnosed in postmenopausal women. It rarely occurs in premenopausal patients, particularly adolescents.

Case: A 16-year-old girl with multiple comorbidities including severe intellectual disability, neurogenic bladder, and recurrent urinary tract infection presented with fever, abdominal pain, and vaginal discharge after prolonged treatment with depot medroxyprogesterone acetate.
