eHealth is promoted as a viable platform for health service provision, as it can deliver relevant information instantaneously and anonymously, whilst circumventing geographical and discriminatory barriers that can occur in face-to-face settings. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ+) communities stand to benefit greatly from eHealth services, however, the way in which culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) LGBTIQ+ users are included within eHealth service provision is currently unknown.
