Introduction: Cell therapy with regulatory T cells (Tregs) in solid organ transplantation is a promising approach for the prevention of graft rejection and induction of immunologic tolerance. Previous clinical studies have demonstrated the safety of Tregs in renal transplant recipients. Antigen-specific Tregs, such as chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-Tregs, are expected to be more efficacious than polyclonal Tregs in homing to the target antigen.

Methods: The analysis uses claims data from the AOK Bayern covering 2011-2014 for continuously insured BC patients identified through inpatient and outpatient diagnoses. We calculate the healthcare costs attributable to BC using a control group design comparing the target population to a 1:2 matched control group adjusted for age, gender, and comorbidities.
T cells directed against mutant neo-epitopes drive cancer immunity. However, spontaneous immune recognition of mutations is inefficient. We recently introduced the concept of individualized mutanome vaccines and implemented an RNA-based poly-neo-epitope approach to mobilize immunity against a spectrum of cancer mutations.
