Objective: The aim: To present the assumptions and to show the usefulness of Vesical Imaging-Reporting and Data System (VI-RADS) based on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) in the diagnostic pathway management of patients with a bladder cancer.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The review is based on available literature from last 10 years from PubMed database and the Przegląd Urologiczny journal focusing on articles on VI-RADS. Overall, 18 articles were included.
Patients with nonclassic phenotypes (NCP)—more advanced stages of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)—constitute an intriguing and heterogeneous group that is difficult to diagnose, risk-stratify, and treat, and often neglected in research projects. We aimed to compare cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) parameters in NCP versus classic phenotypes (CP) of HCM with special emphasis given to the parameters of established and potential prognostic importance, including numerous variables not used in everyday clinical practice. The CMR studies of 88 patients performed from 2011 to 2019 were postprocessed according to the study protocol to obtain standard and non-standard parameters.

The location of the vein on the back aspect of the forearm forces an extremely uncomfortable external rotation of the upper limb during surgery when the patient is in a supine position.
Methods: We present a new approach towards creating UBAVF, which involves placing the patient in the prone position, thus eliminating the aforementioned inconvenience.
The aim of this paper is to present recent advances in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) diagnosis and treatment based on a literature review. Special emphasis has been placed on the role of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) for the assessment of morphological and functional consequences of different stages of HCM including prognostication. The text is illustrated with the images and data of the HCM patients diagnosed with CMR study in our hospital.

We would like to invite paediatric intensive care units (PICU) to join our multi-center trial concerning patient population < 12 y/o and aiming at: • validation of computed tomography angiography (CTA)/computed tomography perfusion (CTP) tests for brain death/death by neurological criteria (BD/DNC) diagnosis procedures, • validation of duplex Doppler insonation of extracranial segments of the internal cerebral arteries and the vertebral arteries for choosing an optimal time for CTA/CTP testing.
