Introduction: In children, SARS-CoV-2 infection may manifest with symptoms of fever, cough, muscle pain, diarrhea or waste smell and taste. However, in most cases it is mild or asymptomatic. Determination of the level of anti-SARS CoV-2 IgG antibodies in children enables to assess retrospectively the incidence of the SARS-CoV-2 infection among children.

- - The study assessed the HRQoL of 26 pre- and post-LT PBC patients, and 107 previously transplanted individuals, using SF-36 and PBC-40 questionnaires, compared to a control group of 60 healthy individuals.
- - Despite significant improvements noted after LT, PBC patients still show poorer physical and emotional functioning compared to healthy subjects, indicating ongoing challenges in their overall quality of life.
