Objective: This study aims to evaluate the performance of the fabian-Predictive-Intelligent-Control-of-Oxygenation (PRICO) system for automated control of the fraction of inspired oxygen (FiO).
Design: Multicentre randomised cross-over study.
Setting: Five neonatal intensive care units experienced with automated control of FiO and the fabian ventilator.
Due to rapid urbanisation, food systems in sub-Saharan African cities are increasingly under pressure. Through the lens of a foodshed, this paper quantitatively analyses the spatial extent of the food provisioning area for consumers of different socio-economic status in Kampala (Uganda). Based on a primary dataset of surveys with households and food vendors, we map the foodshed by registering where consumers obtain their food, and the origin of where it is grown.

The landscape factors and physicochemical parameters of the water were analysed in order to gain an understanding of the pattern of water mite assemblages in the riparian springs. Three limnological types of springs were examined (helocrenes, limnocrenes and rheocrenes) along the whole course of the river and a total of 35 water mite species were found.
