Aim: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of itopride used to treat the symptoms of functional dyspepsia (FD) of the upper gastrointestinal tract.
Subjects And Methods: A prospective, open-label, multicenter trial using as a control the placebo response obtained in the previous investigations enrolled 96 adult patients. The diagnosis of FD corresponded to its Rome II criteria.
Aim: To assess efficacy of treatment of patients with atherogenic dyslipidemia (ADL) with beekeeping products (honey, pollen, bee bread).
Material And Methods: ADL parameters were examined in 157 patients (64 males and 93 females) aged 39 to 72 (mean age 61,7 + 8,5 years) with ADL. Products of beekeeping were given in the absence of allergy and individual resistance to honey, pollen, bee bread.

This study examines gastric acetic ulcer healing in the rat after administration of honey, royal jelly and propolis into the stomach. Chronic gastric ulcers were induced in male Wistar rats by the application of 100% acetic acid to the serosal surface of the stomach on 60 sec. Apitherapy is treatment of diseases with biologically active products of bee-keeping (BAPB), which is developing in an intensive way all over the world. The interest in apitherapy is explained, on the one hand, by a great number of natural compounds produced by bees as a result of their vital functions and having high physiological activity, and on the other hand, by the universal nature of bees occurrence and comparative simplicity of getting the bee-keeping products. The results of the examination and 7 days treatment of the patients with duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori (HP) by rebeprasol (20 mg 2 times per day), clarithromycin (500 mg 2 times per day) and Amoxicillin (1000 mg also 2 times per day) are presented.
