Gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST) are rare mesenchymal neoplasms of the gastrointestinal tract. Their development typically depends on mutations in the Kit or PDGFRA gene. We have diagnosed and treated a duodenal bulb GIST in a 63-year-old woman.
