REO-10: a phase I study of intravenous reovirus and docetaxel in patients with advanced cancer.

Purpose: REOLYSIN (Oncolytics Biotech) consists of a wild-type oncolytic reovirus, which has selective cytotoxicity for tumor cells while sparing normal cells.
