Background: Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer worldwide. It is the leading cause of death by malignant disease in women.
Case Summary: A female patient, 73 years of age, sought care due to weakness, mild abdominal pain, arthralgia, and weight loss.
Background And Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the association between pain perception and catastrophising at the beginning of orthodontic treatment; and the association between pain during orthodontic treatment and demographic, clinical and other psychological factors.
Methods: A cohort study with 44 patients (28.9 ± 15.

PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, LILACS, Cochrane Library CENTRAL databases, OpenGrey, Google Scholar, and Clinical Trials were searched using a PICO strategy, with terms related to unilateral cleft lip and palate (UCLP) and timing of repair. Methodological quality evaluation was carried out using the Fowkes and Fulton guidelines, and quality (or certainty) of evidence and strength of recommendations were evaluated using GRADE (grading of recommendations, assessment, development and evaluation).

After carcinomas of the lung and breast, malignant melanomas (MM) are the next type of neoplasm with the higher metastatic dissemination involving the central nervous system and that has the worst prognosis after metastasis has been diagnosed. Angiogenesis has been linked to tumor growth and metastasis.

Aims: To evaluate the p53 expression in Barrett's esophagus with or without dysplasia according to the two positive immunostaining criteria.
Background: Barrett's esophagus is a well-known pre-malignant condition. Pathologic interpretation of biopsy specimens guides endoscopic surveillance as well as the therapeutic approach that will be carried out. However, the predictive value of histopathologic diagnosis can be questioned due to its poor intra- and interobserver reproducibility.
