There is a significant need for improved therapeutics in older patients with acute leukemia. Camidanlumab tesirine is an antibody-drug conjugate against CD25, an antigen expressed in several malignancies, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
