Objective: Identification of terminology relating to nursing practices aimed at children and adolescents at risk of domestic violence.

Methods: bibliographic descriptive research which selected 40 articles from the Virtual Health Library on domestic violence against children and adolescents, its manifestations, causes, and consequences, in association with nursing procedures for its confrontation and prevention, and which also identified terminology via computer tools.

Results: 17,365 terms that, after standardization and uniformity procedures, resulted in a listing of 915 terms.

The study analyzed The Brazilian Policy for Reduction of Morbidity and Mortality from Accidents and Violence, in the socio-political perspective. We used as a base the chapter "Violence: a global public health problem" from the World Report on Violence and Health. The analysis revealed convergent and divergent elements of the Brazilian Policy in comparison with the international perspectives.

This article reports, in a systemized and analytical way, the experience of an Outreach Program in the period between 2010 and 2011. The study focused on health education interventions as strategies to improve the adherence of individuals with insulin- dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM), clients of a blood glucose self-Monitoring program. In addition, we intended to contribute to the reorganization of the program's working processes in the unit.

This qualitative study examines the social relationships between the Community Health Agents (CHAs) and the Family Health team (FH), highlighting cooperative interventions and interactions among workers. A total of 23 participant observations and 11 semi-structured interviews were conducted with an FH team in a city in the interior of São Paulo, Brazil. The results revealed that CHAs function as a link in the development of operational actions to expedite teamwork.

Connsidering home visits as a technology for interaction in family health care, this study aimed to understand how the Family Health team conceives these visits. A qualitative approach was used and data were collected through semistructured interviews. We interviewed nineteen professionals who belonged to two Family Health teams from an interior city in São Paulo.
