The purpose of the study was to observe the prevalence of impostor phenomenon among students attending Ohio Northern University and to assess secondary factors that impact the severity of this phenomenon. Using the validated Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale, the incidence of impostor phenomenon was assessed at Ohio Northern University. We hypothesized that students enrolled in the Ohio Northern University College of Pharmacy would demonstrate more intense levels of impostor phenomenon than students enrolled in other majors within the university.

Background: The pharmacy marketplace has shifted considerably in recent years. The decline in job openings and stagnant growth in wages, along with public reports about adverse working conditions for some pharmacists, may have tarnished the optimism of young pharmacists toward the profession of pharmacy.
Objective: The objective of this study was to analyze the trend among graduating student pharmacists regarding their positivity toward a career in pharmacy.

Objective: To describe the impact of a pharmacist-run antiarrhythmic clinic in an outpatient practice.
Setting: Blanchard Valley Medical Associates (BVMA) in Findlay, OH.
Practice Description: BVMA is a 15-physician private practice with five pharmacists on staff who run several disease management clinics.
Purpose: The impact on physical activity and health of a 12-week, pharmacist-directed walking program incorporated into an employee health and wellness clinic was evaluated.
Methods: Clinic participants were eligible for study inclusion if they or their spouse was a current or retired employee of Ohio Northern University. Participants received a pedometer, a calendar with specific daily walking goals for the 12-week period, and maps with walking routes.
