[Shy-Drager syndrome].

Shy-Drager syndrome is a rare neurological disease with a poor prognosis causing a generalised autonomy dysfunction. The disorder is also known as multiple system atrophy, the orthostatic hypotension syndrome or Shy-McGee-Drager syndrome. Patients have mainly dysautonomic symptoms.
