During the 10-month chemotherapy, HRCT revealed a recurrent pattern of a partly appearing and disappearing organising pneumonia pattern without clinical symptoms. Bronchoalveolar lavage analysis revealed lymphocytosis, while transbronchial lung biopsy revealed alveolitis with epithelial cell injury.

Questionnaires were used to collect prospective data on 1,122 cases with influenza-like illness at our medical institutions. The independent predictors of influenza A virus were identified on the basis of demographic features and the clinical symptoms of the patients who tested positive for influenza A virus in the RIDT test.

Anti-KS antibody is the sixth anti-aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase (ARS) antibody. They showed interstitial pneumonia without clinical symptoms, and high resolution computed tomography (HRCT) of the chest demonstrated consolidation along bronchovascular bundles and volume loss in the bilateral lower lobes, which were suggestive of connective tissue diseases (CTD).
