Tumours are the main disease affecting the health of the Chinese population, and lung cancer is the malignancy with the highest incidence. Hence, the need to study and analyse the population of lung cancer incidence in order to effectively control and prevent it. In this research, we discuss the demographic characteristics of lung cancer incidence population of 2014 to 2020 from the perspective of multiple urban environmental factors, taking Bengbu city in the Huaihe River Basin of China as the research area, analyse the correlation between environmental indicators and lung cancer incidence population through the Spearman's rank correlation assessment model, and analyse the interaction between the influence factors of a geographic detector to analyse the influence of urban environmental factors.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) poses a serious threat to urban health with the development of urbanization. There are multifaceted and comprehensive influencing factors for CVD, so clarifying the spatial distribution characteristics of CVD and multiple environmental influencing factors is conducive to improving the active health intervention of urban environment and promoting the sustainable development of cities The spatial distribution characteristics of CVD deaths in a certain district, Bengbu City, Huaihe River Basin, China, in 2019 were explored, and the correlation between multiple environmental factors and CVD mortality was investigated in this study, to reveal the action mechanism of multiple environmental factors affecting the risk of mortality. Relevant studies have shown that (1) CVD deaths are characterized as follows: male deaths are more than females; the mortality is higher in those of higher age; most of them are unemployed; cardiocerebral infarction is the main cause of death; and the deaths are mainly distributed in the central city and near the old urban area.

The coupling relations between ecological supporting capability [F(x)] and socioeconomic situation [F(y)] of west Jilin Province from 1986 to 2004 were analyzed by harmonious development model and scissor difference method. The results showed that in study period, the F(x) of west Jilin Province had a trend of decreasing first and slightly increasing then, while F(y) had an overall exponential increase. Influenced by natural and anthropogenic factors, both F(x) and F(y) had obvious vulnerability.
