Purpose: To investigate the effect of paired related homeobox1 (PRRX1) on autophagy of salivary adenoidcystic carcinoma (SACC) cells.
Methods: PRRX1-overexpressed lentiviral vectors and their negative control lentiviral vectors were used to transfect SACC cells. The transfection effect was detected by Western blot.
